Controller for the current preview

For the current non-financial preview website and preview account environment, TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16481808, is the controller where it determines the purposes and means of processing. Registered office: Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU.

This does not predetermine the controller or regulated operating entity for any future financial service. The production privacy framework remains subject to the EnteleEXCHANGE legal-review gate.

Scope

This notice describes the information handled by the EnteleEXCHANGE preview website and authenticated preview account area. It is not a final regulated-service privacy policy and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before financial services activate.

Information used in the preview

We may process account identifiers, email-verification status, profile preferences, security settings, session and authentication events, support correspondence, technical logs and limited device or browser information needed to protect the service.

Purposes and lawful bases

Information is used to create and protect preview accounts, maintain sessions, provide customer support, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, keep security audit records, improve the preview and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing may rely on steps toward or performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent where required.

Storage and access

Authenticated profile and security records are protected by database row-level security. Browser session data is kept in the active browser tab rather than persistent local storage. Privileged database credentials are not exposed to the browser.

Financial information

The preview does not accept customer deposits, hold customer assets, execute trades or process withdrawals. Therefore it should not be used to submit wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment-card details or transfer instructions.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, authentication, database, security and support providers may process limited data on our behalf or under their own applicable responsibilities. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred internationally, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards must be used where required.

Retention and deletion

Preview account, support and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary for account administration, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Production retention schedules and final deletion procedures remain subject to operating-entity and jurisdiction-specific legal approval.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent supervisory authority.

International and legal review

Production operation will require jurisdiction-specific disclosures, lawful bases, processor agreements, transfer safeguards, retention schedules and data-subject procedures. Those controls remain a launch gate.
