Preview Terms of Use

1. Preview website operator

The current non-financial preview website is operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16481808, with registered office at Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU. This does not designate that company as the future regulated operator of any exchange, brokerage, custody, payment or investment service.

2. Preview scope

The preview provides public information, sourced reference-market data, demonstrations of planned exchange interfaces, email-verified preview accounts, profile settings, security preferences and account activity records.

3. No financial service

The preview does not provide exchange execution, brokerage, investment advice, custody, wallet services, deposit addresses, withdrawals, settlement, derivatives, staking, Earn products, token listing or any other service that receives, holds, transfers or exchanges customer funds or digital assets.

4. No offer or recommendation

Nothing in the preview is an offer to buy or sell a digital asset, a solicitation, a recommendation, a guarantee of listing, liquidity, return or value, or personalized legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

5. Reference information

Market prices are informational references supplied through identified external sources. Data may be delayed, partial, stale, unavailable or incorrect and is not an executable quote. EnteleEXCHANGE does not simulate prices, liquidity, candles, order books, balances or completed trades.

6. Account eligibility and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification links, use only accounts you are authorized to control and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, payment-card information, deposit instructions or authentication codes to the preview or to support.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, misrepresent preview capabilities, distribute malware or use the service in violation of applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

The preview may be changed, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time. Features described as planned, gated, preview-only or coming soon may never launch and no launch date is promised.

9. Restricted access

Access may be limited where required for security, sanctions, legal, regulatory, geographic or operational reasons. Final eligible and restricted jurisdictions will be established only after legal and licensing review.

10. Intellectual property

EnteleEXCHANGE names, logos, interface designs, content and software are protected materials. These preview terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to copy branding, source code or proprietary designs except as expressly permitted in writing.

11. Preview disclaimer

The preview is provided on an as-available basis for evaluation and demonstration. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the preview will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

12. Liability boundary

Because the preview does not accept or hold customer funds, you must not rely on it to make or execute financial transactions. Final production limitations of liability, complaints, dispute resolution, governing law and consumer rights require operating-entity and jurisdiction-specific legal approval.

14. Production replacement and release gate

Before any regulated or financial functionality activates, final service terms must identify the approved regulated-service operating entity, contact information, permissions/licences, eligible jurisdictions, governing law, complaints process and all required regulatory disclosures. Qualified legal review remains a launch gate and cannot be overridden by technical readiness, a feature flag or commercial deadline.
