Publication of the current preview website operator does not designate TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD as the future operator of any regulated exchange, brokerage, custody, payment or investment service. Before any such feature can activate, the EnteleEXCHANGE legal-review gate requires qualified counsel to approve the relevant operating entity, licences/permissions, jurisdictions, KYC/KYB/AML/sanctions controls, customer-asset treatment, execution rules, complaints, fees, privacy framework and governing law.
