Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim to make public information, preview-account access and security guidance usable by people with diverse abilities, devices, input methods and assistive technologies.

Safeguards currently implemented

The public interface includes a skip-to-content link, keyboard-visible focus indicators, focusable main-content landmarks, semantic navigation and footer landmarks, current-page navigation state, disabled-control semantics, reduced-motion behavior, responsive layouts, descriptive page titles, route-specific metadata and text alternatives for brand images.

Keyboard use

Primary links, buttons and form controls are intended to be reachable and operable by keyboard. Focus indicators should remain visible. The skip link appears when focused and moves directly to the main page content.

Motion and display

When a device requests reduced motion, animations and transitions are minimized. Layouts are designed to adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom without requiring horizontal scrolling for ordinary content.

Known limitations

The platform has not completed an independent WCAG conformance audit. Some dynamically generated exchange-interface previews, dense market tables, third-party authentication flows, browser-specific behavior and future multilingual content may require additional testing or remediation.

Financial-feature boundary

Trading, custody, deposits, withdrawals, futures and Earn remain disabled. Accessibility review of any future regulated financial workflow must be completed before that workflow can activate.

Report an accessibility barrier through team@tvklabs.com or the Support Center. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology and a concise description of the problem. Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases or authentication codes.

Security issues

Do not use the accessibility channel for security vulnerabilities. Use the Security Reporting policy instead.
